We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from HUSL Beauty. However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied, we are committed to assisting you.
HUSL Beauty offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your goods. If, within this period, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, all you need to do is:
1) Email us at: hello@huslbeauty.com and tell us what the issue is along with your order number, name and address.
2) Return the items (including any free or promotional items) to*:

*To have your purchase refunded you will need to return the items (at your expense). Please ensure that on the return box you clearly identify your name, address and order number so we know who to refund.
3) As soon as we have them we'll initiate the refund (minus the shipping).
When returning your product, we recommend using Registered Post with prepaid postage. Please be aware that you assume the risk of any loss, theft, or damage to the goods during transit. Therefore, we strongly advise insuring your parcel. HUSL Beauty shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels in transit if you choose not to insure them.
Kindly note that if you are returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, the refund amount for that individual item will be adjusted accordingly and not reflect its full price.
