Processing Time

Order Before 12pm
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete, including unit numbers and any special delivery instructions. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Authority to Leave
If you won't be home, you can request "Authority to Leave" at checkout. The carrier will leave your parcel in a safe location. If no authority is given, a card will be left and your parcel taken to the nearest post office or collection point.
PO Boxes
We can deliver to PO Boxes via Australia Post. Please note that Express shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
Regional & Remote Areas
Delivery to regional and remote areas may take additional time. Typical delivery times for these areas are:
- Regional areas: 5-10 business days
- Remote areas: 7-14 business days
