A gentle, sulphate-free daily shampoo for hair that dries out easily — coarse, dry or chemically treated — and for anyone maintaining a Cezanne Smoothing Treatment. It cleanses without the aggressive surfactants that shorten the life of smoothing services.

What's in it

  • Sodium lauroyl methyl isethionate — a mild, sulphate-free surfactant, the primary cleanser.
  • Hydrolysed keratin, hydrolysed quinoa and free amino acids — arginine, serine, glycine, proline and others.
  • Argan kernel oil and certified organic coconut oil — the conditioning oils in the base.
  • Glycerin, panthenol, sodium PCA and sodium lactate — humectants that hold water in the hair.
  • Organic aloe leaf juice and tocopherol — the botanical side.

Worth knowing

Expect less foam than a conventional shampoo, particularly on the first cleanse — add water, not more product. Used consistently with the matching Perfect Moisture Conditioner it helps hold the moisture balance that keeps frizz down between styling.

Apply to thoroughly wet hair. Dispense a small amount into your hand and add water to create a light foam before applying to the scalp and lengths. Massage gently, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat for a richer lather on the second cleanse.

Note: Sulphate-free shampoos lather less initially. Add more water rather than more product if needed.
