DunGud Concrete Jungle - Matte Clay 100ml

The heaviest-hold styler in the DunGud range and the driest finish. Clay-based rather than wax-led, it is built for shorter, thicker or more resistant hair that shrugs off softer products — the sort of hair that needs to be told what to do.

What's in it

• Kaolin clay — the mineral behind the dry, matte finish and the grip.
• Silica — adds texture and body to the strand.
• Beeswax and carnauba wax — the wax structure that carries the hold.
• VP/VA copolymer and PVP — film-formers that lock the shape in place.
• Petrolatum and PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate — give the clay enough give to work out of the tin.

How to use it

Rub a small amount between your palms to warm and activate it, then work through dry hair to create texture, separation and hold. Layer gradually for stronger control and a more defined finish.

Worth knowing

Against DunGud's Fashion Police Strong Putty, this is the drier and more textured of the two; the putty trades some grip for flexibility. It contains beeswax, so it is not a vegan formula.
