Evercircle Ocean Drops Light Smoothing Serum 50ml

The lighter of the two Ocean Drops serums, in a 50ml bottle. It is an oil blend with no water and no silicone, built around broccoli seed oil — the ingredient doing most of the work here.

What's in it

• Broccoli seed oil — the reason this one is light. Evercircle positions it as a plant alternative to silicone: similar slip, shine and frizz control, but it absorbs into the hair instead of coating it.
• Jojoba and argan oils — light base oils that smooth without building up.
• Coconut oil — softness and slip through the mid-lengths.
• Tocopherol (vitamin E) — an antioxidant that keeps the blend stable.
• Grapefruit, bergamot and rosemary essential oils — the scent.

How to use it

One to two drops into your palms, rubbed together, then through the lengths and ends of damp or dry hair. On fine hair, start with a single drop and keep it to the bottom third — you can always add a second.

Worth knowing

Sulphate, paraben and silicone free, and made in Australia. If your hair is thick, coarse or very dry, the Extra version is the better match. It is not a heat protectant — pair it with a thermal spray if you are using irons.
