Evy Quadtec Brush 33mm

What's in it

• Carbon and ceramic barrel coating — holds heat from the dryer, so the barrel works with the airflow rather than just guiding it.
• Twisted nylon bristles — the twist grips the section so hair doesn't slip off mid-pass.
• Mineral infusion through the bristles — EVY's ionic element, aimed at cutting static and flyaways as you dry.
• Concave vented barrel — the waisted shape holds tension on the section and lets air through, for lift at the root or smoothing through the lengths.

How to use it

Rough-dry to about eighty per cent before you pick the brush up. Take a section no wider than the barrel, point the dryer nozzle down the hair shaft, and follow the brush from root to end. Hold the ends on the barrel for a beat, then set them with cool air.

Who it's for

Salon and home use alike. As a rule of thumb, a narrower barrel gives a tighter bend and more root lift, a wider one a softer bend. At 33mm this is the everyday mid-length brush; drop to the 25mm for fringes and short hair, or go up to the 43mm for long hair.
