Joico Dream Blowout 200ml

A blow-dry cream, applied to damp hair before the dryer goes on. It is doing the job of a heat protectant, a smoothing cream and a frizz-tamer at once, so there is one step between the towel and the brush instead of three.

What's in it

• Manketti nut oil — Joico describes it as rich in vitamins E and A and linoleic acid, used here to hold moisture in and add softness and shine.
• Safflower seed oil — the second conditioning oil in the formula, a source of vitamin E and essential fatty acids.
• Arginine — an amino acid that occurs naturally in hair, included for strength.

How to use it

Apply evenly through clean, damp hair, then blow-dry. On fine or thin hair Joico recommends keeping it off the roots and starting from the mid-lengths.

Worth knowing

Joico rates it for heat protection up to 232°C, which covers a dryer on a normal setting. It is a cream, so it carries more weight than a spray — start with less than you think and add if the ends need it. 200mL.
