K18 Astrolift Volume Spray 118ml

A volume spray that does more than coat. Alongside the film-formers that give lift, AstroLift carries K18's peptide, so it is aimed at hair that has lost body because it has been damaged rather than because it was always fine — though it works on both. Suits fine, fragile and breakage-prone hair, including hair that has grown finer in texture over time.

• K18PEPTIDE (sh-oligopeptide-78) — the brand's patented peptide, formulated to work inside the strand rather than on the surface.
• Maltodextrin/VP copolymer and PVP — the film-formers that thicken the fibre and hold the lift.
• Palmaria palmata extract — a red algae extract used to condition the strand.
• Glycerin and arginine — a humectant and an amino acid that keep the finish flexible rather than brittle.

How to use it

Shake, then spray generously through the roots from about 10 to 15 cm. It works on dry or towel-dried hair. Blow-dry for the most lift, or let it air-dry for something softer.

Worth knowing

The hold is flexible and non-sticky, so hair stays touchable and can be reworked; volume is designed to last up to two days. It is buildable, so start light and add.
