King Brown Powder Wax 15g

A dry texturiser for fine or flat hair that loses its shape by mid-morning. It works at the root rather than through the lengths, building lift and grip so the volume you comb in actually stays, with a matte finish and none of the weight or wetness of a wax or pomade.

What's in it

It's a deliberately short formula. Silica silylate does the work — a very fine particle that sits on the hair, creates friction between strands and absorbs shine. Butylene glycol, gluconolactone and calcium gluconate round it out. There is nothing on the ingredient list to add scent or colour.

How to use it

Three to six shakes straight onto the roots of dry hair, then rub through with your fingertips to distribute and activate the lift. Build it up in stages rather than emptying half the jar in one go.

Who it's for

Fine, flat or limp hair, and textured styles that need fullness. It is not the product for slick, glossy or sculpted looks — a pomade does that job. At 15g it lasts a long time, because the dose is genuinely small.
