A prep spray you use before the dryer, not after. It goes onto damp hair to give the blow-dry something to hold onto — sections stay where you place them, the brush glides rather than snags, and the finished shape has enough structure to survive the day without a stiff cast.

How it works

Styling polymers wrap each strand in a fine, flexible film. That film gives the hold and adds resistance to humidity, which is what keeps a blow-dry from collapsing or roughing up on a muggy day. Because the film is thin and silicone-free, it stays elastic — hair moves, and there is no crunch to brush out.

How to use it

Mist evenly through towel-dried hair, comb it through, then blow-dry as usual. It can also go onto dry hair to reshape or refresh a style without rewetting. It layers under other styling products as a lightweight base, so use it first if you are building a look.

Worth knowing

250 mL. Suits all hair types. Silicone-free, so it will not build up over repeated use the way heavier heat sprays can.
