The .02 .LB shade in Glam+Colour, La Biosthétique's at-home pigment range. It is a 200ml conditioning mask you use in place of your usual treatment, and it suits bleached, coloured and naturally blonde hair that has started to look flat between salon appointments.

The actives

• Direct pigments — sit on the surface of the hair, so nothing is developed and nothing is lifted.
• Rice proteins and rice extract — strengthen the hair structure and slow colour loss.
• Sunflower extract — part of the colour-protection side of the formula.
• Cationic guar — conditions and cuts static, so combing is easier.
• Inulin and glycerine — moisture and slip.

How to use it

Gloves on. After shampooing, spread it evenly through towel-dried hair and comb through. Three minutes gives a light refresh; up to ten minutes gives a stronger result. Rinse until the water runs clear and wipe any pigment off skin straight away. Every third to fifth wash is the usual rhythm.

Worth knowing

Vegan, silicone-free, and around 90% naturally derived. Porous or previously lightened hair grabs pigment faster than healthy hair, so start at three minutes the first time and build from there.
