A semi-permanent toner from La Biosthétique's Glam+Colour line, made for natural grey and white hair that has drifted warm or brassy. The .11 / .AA code marks it as an intense ash tone: a cool, blue-based deposit that sits over the hair's existing depth rather than lifting it. It works without peroxide or harsh alkalisers, so it only adds tone.

What's in the kit

• Colouring Toner, 200ml — the cool ash tone itself, which neutralises yellow, evens out the look of white hair against grey, and leaves a metallic steel shine.
• Skin Protecting Oil, 5ml — goes on the skin around the hairline before the toner does, to keep the tone off the skin.

How to use it

• Wash and towel-dry the hair, then apply the Skin Protecting Oil around the hairline.
• Apply the toner evenly and leave it to develop for 2 to 20 minutes without heat.
• Rinse thoroughly, then finish with Post Colour Shampoo.

The development window is wide because the tone builds — watch it rather than walking away. Grey and white hair is porous and takes cool tone quickly, so a strand test is worth the five minutes. This is a professional colour product in a 200ml salon size; the result depends on where the hair starts.
