A leave-on scalp concentrate in single-dose ampoules, from La Biosthétique's Méthode Vitalisante — the brand's scalp-focused line. It is cosmetic scalp care, applied weekly at the root, aimed at the condition and feel of the scalp and the body of the hair growing from it.

What's in it

• Zinc and copper gluconate — the trace elements in the formula, which condition and nourish the scalp.
• Yeast protein — works on the scalp's barrier function and its natural balance.
• White lupin and microalgae extract — the plant complex that runs through the Vitalisante range, applied directly at the roots.

How to use it

Apply about two-thirds of one ampoule along the parting, section by section, and massage it gently into the scalp. Work the remaining third through the hair and knead it in. Do not rinse it out. Use it at least once a week.

Worth knowing

Ten 10ml ampoules per pack, so roughly ten weekly applications. Silicone-free and paraben-free. This is a cosmetic product for scalp and hair condition — if hair loss is sudden, patchy or getting worse, that is a conversation for a GP or dermatologist rather than something to manage from a shelf.
