DunGud Loose Cannon - Styling Whip 150ml

$45.00

Loose Cannon is a multifunctional texture-building cream. It's super versatile, meaning it can be used to build shape and texture by applying it to damp hair and blow-drying in, or by using it on dry hair to finish. It can be worked into short, medium, or long-length hair, either curly or straight, to provide definition, texture, and hold.

A 150ml cream that behaves more like a whip than a paste — light enough to spread through a full head without loading the roots, but with enough body to hold a shape once it dries down. DunGud files it under shine and hold rather than one or the other.

What's in it

  • Coconut oil — fatty acids that smooth the hair surface, lift shine and help keep frizz down.
  • Hydrolysed rice protein — a small protein formulated to work into the hair shaft, adding body and supporting elasticity.

How to use it

Warm a small amount between your palms first — cream products grab if you drop them onto one spot. On damp hair, rake it through and blow-dry with your fingers or a diffuser to build volume and movement. On dry hair, press it into the mid-lengths and ends, then pull pieces apart to separate. Build in thin layers rather than starting heavy.

Who it's for

If your hair is fine and drops quickly, treat it as a damp-hair product — on dry fine hair a cream can read as weight rather than texture. Thicker or coarser hair takes it either way, and coarse curls will want noticeably more product than the same length of straight hair.

Apply as directed on product packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Does it work on curly hair?

A. Yes. DunGud builds it for short, medium or long hair, curly or straight. On curls, rake it through damp hair and dry with your fingers or a diffuser — coarse curls will want noticeably more product than the same length of straight hair.

Q. Will it leave my hair crunchy or sticky?

A. No. It's a cream rather than a gel, so it dries down with hold you can still break — pull pieces apart with your fingers to separate rather than combing through.

Q. Is it a shine product or a texture product?

A. Both. DunGud files it under shine and hold: coconut oil smooths the hair surface and lifts shine, while hydrolysed rice protein adds body so the shape holds.
