Q. Does the Anti-Tap Water concentrate come with it?
A. No. It ships empty. The concentrate is bought separately and has to be diluted, one part concentrate to eight parts water, before it goes on the hair.
Q. Do I actually need it, or can I mix in any bottle?
A. You can mix it yourself. The applicator is there to make the same 1:8 ratio repeatable and to throw a fine spray rather than a stream, so the solution lands evenly instead of soaking one section and missing another. That matters most if you are mixing often.
Q. How do I look after it between refills?
A. Rinse the bottle out with warm water so nothing dries in the trigger mechanism, and label it if there is more than one spray bottle at your basin.
