The leave-in step of La Biosthétique's Curl range — 200ml of a water-light spray applied straight after washing, while the hair is still wet, so the curl dries around moisture rather than around air.

The actives

• Bounce Back Polymer — the polymer that runs through the whole Curl range; it carries shape and spring through the day.
• Wheat protein — a hydrolysed protein that works into the hair's structure.
• Natural moisturising factors — humectants that hold water in the hair so curls do not go dry and fluffy.
• Serine — an amino acid that limits moisture loss and takes the static edge off.
• Silicone-free, palm-oil-free, paraben-free and vegan.

Who it's for

Curls and waves of any pattern, and fine curls in particular, which a cream or an oil would flatten. If your hair is coarse and very dry, treat this as the light layer and add the Curl Activating Repair Mask at the wash stage.

This is conditioning, not styling — there is no hold in it. For definition that survives a windy day, follow it with Curl Defining Styling Fluid on the same damp hair before you diffuse or air-dry.
