LA BIOSTHETIQUE Curl Activating Repair Mask RT 100ml

The heavy end of La Biosthétique's Curl range: a 100ml mask for curls that have gone dry, brittle and hard to comb, usually after a stretch of colouring, heat or summer.

The actives

• Quaternised wheat protein — wheat protein modified to cling to hair rather than rinse straight off, so it works on the curl's structure.
• Provitamin B5 (panthenol) — a humectant that draws water into the hair.
• Orange peel wax — a plant wax that seals the outer surface, which is what keeps that moisture from leaving again.
• Silicone-free, paraben-free and vegan.

How to use it

Through washed, gently squeezed hair, mid-lengths to ends first, then the rest. Ten minutes, then rinse properly. Once a week suits most curls; twice if the hair is coarse or chemically treated. On very fine curls, keep it off the roots altogether.

Worth knowing

100ml does not sound like much, but a mask this rich goes further than a conditioner — a coin-sized amount covers shoulder-length hair. It rinses out, so it adds no hold or definition; that is what the Conditioning Spray and Styling Fluid are for.
