Styling Fluid is the all-rounder of La Biosthétique's styling range — a transparent, water-light fluid you work through damp hair before drying. It gives hair something to hold its shape against: bounce in a blow-dry, definition in a curl, structure in an air-dried finish. With no wax or heavy film-former in it, fine hair takes it as readily as thick.

The actives

• Wheat proteins — an immediate strengthening effect on the hair structure, improving elasticity so a curl springs back instead of dropping out.
• Panthenol — carries moisture through to the ends and softens the feel.

How to use it

Apply evenly to damp hair, or just to the sections you want to control, and work it in with your hands or a comb. Then blow-dry into shape or leave to air-dry. How you dry it decides the finish — scrunched and left alone gives an undone effect, while used more generously on wet hair it will hold a light wet look.

Vegan, silicone-free and 90% natural origin. The hold is medium and elastic rather than firm, so styles stay reworkable through the day — useful if you like to reshape a blow-dry rather than set it once.
