O&M Frizzy Logic Serum 100ml

Frizz is a cuticle problem. When the outer layer of the strand lifts, hair catches moisture from the air and swells unevenly. A silicone-and-oil serum works by laying that cuticle flat and giving humidity less to grip. This is the larger 100ml bottle of O&M's shine serum, which matters because it is used in drops, so a bottle lasts.

What's in it

• Cyclopentasiloxane and dimethiconol — the silicones that smooth the cuticle and deliver the shine.
• Certified organic argan kernel oil — a lighter plant oil for softness.
• Macadamia seed oil — a native Australian oil that sits well on coarse hair.
• Certified organic coconut oil, sunflower seed oil and alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) — the supporting conditioning agents.

How to use it

Start with less than you think: one or two drops warmed between the palms and pressed through the mid-lengths and ends. On damp hair it works into the strand before blow-drying; on dry hair it is a finishing touch for flyaways. Keep it off the roots either way.

Who it's for

Frizzy, curly or coarse hair that wants smoothing, and fine hair too provided the dose stays small. It smooths the cuticle and helps hold frizz down in humidity, where most smoothing routines come unstuck.
