A. No. Fine Intellect is built for fine or fine-to-medium hair that goes flat through the day. For dry or damaged hair, O&M's Hydrate & Conquer pair is the better fit.

A. Yes. O&M lists the Fine Intellect pair as colour safe, and the shampoo is sulphate-free.
Q. Why do I need to keep the conditioner off my roots?
